musty smellmisleading photos
the room was a real letdown, no windows at all, and a musty smell filled the air. it reminded me of a basement, not helped by the industrial decor. the photos online were misleading, they had way too much photoshop i think. i would not stay there again for the price and location.

The rooms features a very clean space. The bed was super soft and gave me a great night's sleep. The hotel also gave me a nice add-on breakfast.

the location was ideal staff interactions were helpful i liked that the room was clean and suitable for my needs the complimentary water was a plus. i found the bed comfortable. the bathroom had all necessary toiletries i appreciate the simplicity of the room design

great stay near chinatown

friendly staffself-service laundrypoor ventilation
I found the staff very friendly. the hotel felt secure as a solo traveler. the self-service laundry was also a great convenience. It helped me pack lighter. i also appreciated the early check-in. It made my arrival much smoother.
the hallways on the upper floors got quite hot because of the air conditioning units, this made walking to my room a bit uncomfortable. i think better ventilation could improve this issue.
